All Cryo Sleeve products are made to order 3D-prints, and as such all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless a product arrives damaged or is defective. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within one week of delivery with photos and your order number at cryosleevesupport@gmail.com and we will make it right.
